Michaella is a gym fanatic who has competed in various sports e.g. athletics, netball, hockey, ringball and has obtained provincial colors in ringball and athletics. As she has competed in sports all her life it has awakened a passion within her for a healthy lifestyle. She has attended courses and obtained qualifications in personal trainig, group fitness instructor, sports conditioning, sports massage, Therabands and strapping. She loves to assist sports people to reduce swelling, tension, relieve muscle fatigue, increase mobility and flexibility to preform at their best. So whether you are an active athlete or business person in need of stress release, our treatments will leave you refreshed and rejuvenated.
