I offer foot, hand and facial reflexology treatments, individual treatments or a combination of any two. I also offer Indian Head Massage.

If you prefer a one-to-one session rather than a class set-up, then this is for you…and your baby! I will go through each of the sequences to help you be able to do reflexology on your baby or child at home. You attend the class with your baby and included in the session, as well as teaching you I will perform a a full reflexology sequence on your baby. We will focus on whatever issues you feel baby is having at that time, as well as showing you how to do a treatment for issues such as colic, constipation, sleep issues. I will also give you a booklet with easy to follow diagrams of each sequence. 

1-to-1 Baby Reflexology Teaching Session

You now have the option to ‘drop-in’ to a baby reflexology class. If you decide to sign up for the full term, the cost will be taken from that.

1 hour foot reflexology treatment. The parent or guardian of the child can be present in the room or outside the door and we leave the door open. I will also show the client some reflexology techniques to do on themselves at home.

Reflexology for teenagers ages 13+

45 minute treatment for primary school aged children .The parent will be present for the treatment also and I can demonstrate a few techniques to use on your child at home to continue the benefits of reflexology.

Reflexology for children aged 6-12

Treatment from new born to school going age. 30-45 minutes depending on what the child is able for on the day. The parent accompanies the child and is present for the treatment. I can demonstrate some techniques to the parent that they can continue to do at home, perhaps incorporating it into their existing night time routine.
