Booking fee non refundable but can be transferred to another appointment if given 48 hours notice. CANCELLATIONS If you cancel your appointment without providing 48hrs notice 50% of the service price will be charged. if you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged your remaining balance. NO SHOWS you will be charged 100% of the service price for not showing up.
