If you prefer a quiet appointment please let me know this is no problem at all. Stair access is required to access treatment room. Toilets available. Please familiarise yourself with these prior to booking. As noted in these policies deposits are non refundable but can be transferred up to once if at least 48 hours notice has been given. Any cancellations within 24 hours of appointment time are charged at 50% of treatment cost. Any no shows are charged at 100%. These policies are not personal and are strictly adhered to. I’ve been going to Ffion for nearly 2 years now and she is amazing! My lashes are always perfect, and she’s so friendly and lovely every time I go. Couldn’t recommend her enough! ☺️
