As an individual-based trainer, I offer personalized sessions by the hour, starting with a complimentary consultation to discuss your goals. My services include a comprehensive physical and injury assessment, along with body fat percentage analysis. Typically, meal planning and customized exercise plans are developed and delivered within the first four sessions. My focus is on creating a tailored approach to help you achieve your fitness objectives effectively and sustainably.
