I booked a session for lymphatic drainage after hearing about its de-puffing benefits, and the experience with Bianca was great. Unlike a deep-tissue massage, the touch was very light, slow, and rhythmic—focusing on gentle skin stretches rather than digging into muscles. Bianca walked me through the process before, I immediately felt lighter, less bloated, and super relaxed. Make sure to drink plenty of water afterwards! I’d definitely recommend Inside Out by Bianca if you are dealing with fluid retention. Thank you Bianca ❤️
