Ivy was absolutely wonderful! She was so calming, friendly and reassuring, which really helped put me at ease. She kept checking in throughout the procedure to make sure I was comfortable and feeling okay. I felt very well looked after and am really happy and satisfied with the whole experience. Ivy did a careful and thorough stellar session for me. I was impressed with the result afterwards. Although, the extraction process was a bit too much for me this time around. Just a little gentle feedback would be to give some breaks during the extraction. My nose felt very tender a couple of days after the treatment.
