Cosmo Contour & Spa pairs infrared workouts with hands-on body treatments, rather than offering a standard spa visit. Clients describe using the infrared treadmill and roller for lymphatic drainage, with the roller also easing muscle soreness; staff explain the equipment and help clients get set up.

This experience was phenomenal. Got a warm up in and used the infrared roller for a deep tissue massage and lymphatic drainage. Got all my knots out and soothed all the soreness. I feel amazing. I absolutely recommend a visit here.

Incredible experience! The combination of infrared heat and the power lymphatic machine works so much better than a standard massage for smoothing out cellulite and flushing out fluid retention. I torched tons of calories in just 30 minutes and left feeling light, revitalized, and fully energized!
