I have been seeing Amanda for years. I have been hard on my body and have the injuries to show for it but without Amanda I couldn’t function. I see her fortnightly to keep me going. Would absolutely recommend Amanda and other therapists at Action Body massage. They definitely have the skills, knowledge and caring nature to help the healing. So if you have been on the fence thinking about making an appointment, just do it.
