The personal trainer Joe is great.  He answers all questions with such knowledge and explains the benefit of carrying out certain exercises when using weights, such as leg and knee stabilization,  strength and balance of the body.  Very important as I age.
I also have a good laugh and just love the 'feel' of Natural Strength gym and I'm nearly 70 years old.

I enjoy the weekly p/t sessions with Joe.  Joe knows my maximum capacity of weights and I'm surprised at how much my muscle strength has increased. 

The p/t session with Joe was hard on the legs but very satisfying as the quads were painful to stretch and I felt as though I worked hard.

On Tuesday the p/t session was legs comprising bar bell squats; lunges, hip thrusts and hamstrings and quads.  
All day Wednesday I could feel the muscles had a great workout on the legs.  So the session was great!  thank you


Had a wonderful p/t session with Joe incorporating cardio and  weights and pushing myself to increase the heart beat and overall fitness.

Really enjoy the mix of cardio and strength weight p/t session with Joe and have a sense of achievement when the p/t session is over as I certainly wouldn't push myself during the cardio workout if I was working out solo!
