I start your treatment with warmed towels placed gently on your back, this is so beautifully relaxing and helps to warm your muscles up before the treatment. 

Your tension and knots are melted away with my massage techniques which I work your lower back, pressure points along your spine, your shoulders and your neck.
My pressure is adapted to your needs and you will leave feeling deeply relaxed. 

This is my most popular treatment as I use a variety of massage techniques which I have learnt over the many years of being a Spa Therapist, training in Elemis and Clarins. I also worked for Champneys where I carried out many massages a day. 

Hot Towel Back, Neck & Shoulders Massage

Why not treat yourself to a 15 minute treatment "upgrade" which will enhance your massage. Your laying on your back, your eyes are closed and your breathing is slow, deep and you are feeling completely relaxed. 

Samantha uses beautifully warmed basalt stones to help melt away any tension on your neck, shoulders, décolleté, your temples and the back of your scalp. This "add on" treatment time is perfect just before or after a back massage, as it will melt away all the tension that you have in your shoulders, traps and neck.

During a Reiki (pronounced ray-key) session, I will place my hands on or near your chakra points on your clothed body. One of the main aims is to help you relax. It is important to note this is not a massage. (More of a massage for your spiritual self!)

Relax into the warmed treatment bed, with an eye pillow & support under your knees. Some people can see colours, vivid imagery, some people will feel energy, heat, coldness. Everyone will have a different experience. You can even have Reiki and not feel a thing. It’s how you feel afterwards that matters.

Indian head massage, also known as Champissage, is a form of massage therapy that focuses on the head, neck, and shoulders. It originated in India over a thousand years ago. This incredibly relaxing treatment has so many benefits, you will leave feeling completely rebalanced and wishing you’d had this more often. 

Indian Head Massage helps to stimulate lymphatic drainage, the massage helps to relieve insomnia and fatigue and it can also help with migraines too. Indian Head Massage can also help with reducing your stress and anxiety. 

This massage technique is excellent for people who hold a lot of tension in their neck, shoulders and scalp. 

For this treatment you are sat upright in a comfortable position seated, in a cosy and warm room. 

Please come to your appointment with comfortable bottoms, your top half is removed and your modesty is protected at all times. 

It would be better for your treatment if you arrived without wet hair, or hair you don't mind having a little oil in. 

Indian Head Massage 

Thai Foot Massage is an ancient therapy with elements of Reflexology, Shiatsu, Acupuncture & Thai Massage. This is a truly holistic massage as it focuses on the energy pathways in the body, by apply pressure to your 'Sen Lines', energy blockages are released and harmony is restored in your body.

Your beautiful facial massage will help to drain away any facial tension and I work a lot on your pressure points on the face and scalp, helping to relieve any mental fatigue you may have. 

This is such a wonderful treatment and is pure relaxation.

Enjoy this 60 minute deeply therapeutic massage. Created to rebalance and restore your physical body. 

This is perfect for ladies who are going through a difficult time, are struggling with their sleep or for ladies who just need to relax. 

This massage is 60 mins on the back of the body only, I work on your left side and then your right, working your foot, your leg, your glutes and lower back, I then work into your shoulder. The same is repeated on the other side of your body. This gives a sense of balance and is inspired by a massage technique I learnt at Clarins. 

The massage finishes with a hot stone scalp massage 

The pressure applied is medium, the movements are slow and rhythmic. You’ll leave feeling like you’re ready to go to sleep!

The Relaxing & Restorative Massage

When was the last time you had a 30 minute foot massage? This time is dedicated especially for your tired and achy feet and ankles. 

The movements are deep and slow with pressure points where you need it the most. 

This massage starts with heated mitts, gently cleansing the feet, and your foot massage lasts for 30 mins.

This is my absolute favourite treatment to do, this beautiful experience is not only deeply relaxing for the mother to be, the baby is also deeply relaxed too.

Your beautifully indulgent treatment starts with ensuring the Mother to be is completely comfortable, I allow extra time for toilet breaks and if we have to stop mid treatment, that is absolutely ok.

The treatment continues with a deeply relaxing foot massage, working around the tired ankles and heels. The massage is followed by deep movements on the legs, glutes and lower back. 

The Mother to be will experience a beautiful hand and arm massage, a back and neck massage, finishing with a scalp massage. She will leave feeling completely relaxed and rebalanced, with aches and pains soothed.
