Reflexology

This is gentle yet powerful, allowing the crystals to connect with the feet allows any blockages/long held emotions to surface. Starting with the chakras on the feet then work over the corresponding reflexes, allowing the crystals to guide and lead the way. Connecting to the client's soul through their soles, this can be a big release for certain clients that tend to hold things in. It is a Crystal Healing at its heart but takes its foundations from Reflexology as the whole body is energetically reflected on the feet. It is therefore based on the idea that the body and the workings of the body, emotions and spirit are reflected in the feet; and that all the body, working connecting with the chakras on the feet. There is no pressure applied other than that of holding it against the foot and moving it around the area being worked. It is a very gentle and relaxing treatment for most. There are some cases where it can feel painful, this is generally the crystals doing some deep work.

Crystal Sole Healing Reflexology 

Various crystals are placed on or around a fully clothed person to induce deep relaxation, release stress and pain, and promote energy balance within the physical and subtle bodies. Crystals may be used singly or in patterns. They are placed on sites of pain, on acupuncture points or meridians, or on subtle energy vortexes called chakras. Alternatively, chakra clearing can be done by placing various crystals on the chakras allowing the crystals to clear and unblock the chakras and treatment is finished with an aura sweep using a selenite crystal wand. All crystal’s are recharged with reiki prior to use.
