My name is Karen and my background is in social work. With over 15 years working with mental health, addiction and trauma, I have experienced and seen for myself the many benefits of holistic therapies. On a personal level reflexology has helped me with stress, burn out, infertility and endometriosis symtoms. For my clients I see improvement with sleep, anxiety, pain, and general well-being. I treat children, right up to end of life care.

a gorgeous experience from start to finish. Karen was knowledgeable & really made my treatment specific to suit my needs & asked lots of questions. The space was gorgeous & smelt devine. The treatment itself was just magic, i haven’t relaxed that much in a long time - it was like i transcended to another space! So relaxing. The little details were a lovely touch! Would 100% recommend!
