I hadn’t realised how much it was affecting me until I could move freely again, what a relief. She’s got a nice little setup with free parking too, always a win if you’re tight on time. And I just liked her instantly, she felt very ‘human’ rather than overly professional and detached (and I mean that in a really positive way).
