I was greeted warmly by Daryl the moment I step in, its the first time that I encounter a Hair Director who is punctual. He listens and analyzes the condition of my hair. My hair is damaged from the numerous chemical hairwork I done, given the condition other stylists would have recommend me tons of different treatment but nope he did not ask me to do any but told me to focus on homecare, not forgetting his sweet assistant who checked on me regularly if I needed a drink, washroom and if I am experiencing any discomfort on my hair. I will be back!

Eugene may be a man of few words, but his work speaks for itself. I loved the haircut and got exactly what I asked for, hurrah~
