Once you are ready I will begin by applying warm organic & vegan massage oil to gradually warm you up followed by the introduction of the hot stones through long strokes, circular movements and kneading to ease out any knots in your body, the hot stones may also be placed on areas of tension to allow for the heat to penetrate deeper into muscles.
