Louise was very understanding  of  what I needed and concentrated  on those areas during my massage.

choose this option and on the day advise if you would prefer 
1. aromatherapy massage - a gentler form of massage, this includes essential oils which are blended for you on the day
2. holistic massage - a deeper form of massage using a variety of techniques including deep tissue, trigger point and Swedish massage without the use of essential oils 
3. aromatherapy fusion - a combination of an holistic massage with the incorporation of essential oils

Reiki is a relaxing therapy which takes place through clothes. It can be beneficial to relax and unwind and can be helpful if you're feeling emotionally unbalanced. 
The time given is for the total booking time and includes chatting, getting onto the couch etc.
