I specialise in Sports Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Relaxation Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Natural Lift Face Massage treatments and Facials.  All treatments are carried out in my relaxing garden studio based in Clanfield. I have 10 years of experience and pride myself on bringing you the best massage experience and tailoring the treatment to what you need whether it’s relaxation or injury related. My treatment room is brand new and a lovely space to come and relax and I even have heated blankets to ensure you are comfortable at all times!

This treatment is carried out using advanced deep tissue techniques, helping release stress and tension in the body. You will feel less tension, more mobile and more relaxed after your treatment. 

Deep Tissue Massage

This treatment involves soft tissue techniques such as deep tissue massage, myofascial release, neuro muscular technique and muscle energy technique which are used for minor musculoskeletal injury, soft tissue dysfunction, pre or post sport event massage or even just to maintain the soft tissue for anyone.

Sports Massage 

For pregnant women to help them relax, ease tension in the joints and muscles and balance hormone levels. 

Pregnancy Massage

This treatment involves techniques similar to Swedish massage used for a more gentle, relaxing massage.

Relaxation Massage 

Designed to reduce the effects of ageing using techniques from Japanese Face Massage, Indian Head Massage, acupressure and facial reflexology . These techniques help with facial tension, improve complexion, increase blood circulation helping to deliver nutrients more efficiently to the skins surface, stimulate nervous system, improve lymphatic flow which transports toxins away from the skin cells, repair and balance the condition of the skin helping to reduce skin ageing and balancing chi which is said to improve health and the appearance of facial tissue. 
As well as the aesthetic benefits of this massage it is incredibly relaxing, unlocking the stress and trauma from general life that can show on the face. 

This treatment is purely massage, it is not a facial beauty treatment. 

The only product used is a natural oil suitable for the face.
