Remedial massage focuses on identifying the underlying cause of your aches, pains and injury. We use a variety of massage release techniques and trigger point therapy, designed to locate and repair damaged areas in your body, such as muscles, tendons and ligaments.

Do you have Private Health? You can claim Remedial Massage! Our remedial therapist will issue you with a code, so that you can instantly claim back through your Private Health App, over the phone or in store.

Remedial Massage

Relaxation Massage incorporates techniques that are a smooth, flowing style. Promotes general relaxation, relieves muscular tension, and improves circulation and range of movement through the body. 
Hot Stone Therapy &/ or Aromatherapy, are a great addition to your relaxation massage, for a more therapeutic result.

Back Neck & Shoulders

During a deep tissue massage, your therapist will use slow, flowing techniques and firm pressure to relieve tension from the deepest layers of your muscles and connective tissues.

Client must be a minimum of 12 weeks pregnant to have the massage, and if they are a high risk, a doctors approval is required. 

New Clients are required to arrive 10-15 minutes early to fill out client forms. Failure to do so may result in time taken out from treatment.
