Our signature massage session is designed to reach the deeper layers of the muscle for pain relief and improved mobility. Using soft tissue mobilisation and assisted stretching, the pressure applied is adjusted to each client's comfort levels. Sessions include hot towel compress and we may use complimentary aids. Our sessions are usually longer than most establishments, please allow extra time.
