Despite us arriving late due to traffic, the staff graciously accommodated us for a 40-minute traditional Thai massage, which turned out to be the best 40 minutes spent in a long time. The ambiance of the room was incredibly relaxing, and the aromatic oil used during the massage added to the soothing experience. The therapist skillfully found knots in unexpected places, providing a deeply satisfying release of tension. Clicking and stretching in ways I never imagined, I left feeling lighter and rejuvenated. Highly recommended—we will definitely be returning for more!

Thai Oil Massage is a variant of Traditional Thai massage, this uses firm pressure and deep rhythmic movements along energy lines of the body, similar to a Swedish massage. A mix of stretching, firm pressure, rhythmic massage and rolling techniques are used over the whole body. It is perfect for anyone who is particularly stressed, needs invigorating or balancing, or those who just appreciate a treatment using firmer pressure or something a little different. A more relaxing massage than a Traditional Thai Massage.

Traditional Thai Massage (or Thai Yoga Massage) is an ancient healing system combining acupressure, Indian Ayurvedic principles, and assisted yoga postures. This massage consists of a series of movements that stretch out the muscles throughout the body's energy lines and points. The massage helps to reduce stress and increase blood circulation, which leads to well-being and reduces/prevents pain in the body. Traditional Thai massage uses no oils or lotions. The recipient remains clothed during treatment.

Traditional Thai Massage

The Thai Head Massage is based on the Ayurvedic system of healing which has been practised in Asia for over a thousand years. It provides Thai families with relaxation and healing on a daily basis. The aim of Thai head massage is to release the stress that has accumulated in the tissues, muscles and joints of the head, face, neck and shoulders. This is a relaxing massage therapy concentrating on the head, back, neck and shoulder muscles with oil. The treatment is designed to relax and ease tension in the areas of the body where muscle problems most often occur. During the massage, pressure is applied up both sides of the spine and along the lower back, moving up towards the shoulders and neck. This massage works on the upper back, shoulder, neck and head (scalp). A variety of massage movements based on the client’s condition are used. It can ease tension headaches, anxiety & stress, and neck/shoulder stiffness.

Thai Foot Reflexology Massage

Thai Bamboo Massage

Hot stone massage is best for people who have muscle pain and tension or who simply want to relax. This type of therapeutic massage is similar to a Swedish massage, only the massage therapist uses heated stones in place of or in addition to their hands. It eases muscle tension, improves blood flow, and relieves pain by using heated stones. We combine this with Traditional Thai Massage techniques.

Thai Hot Stone Massage

Thai herbal treatments can be used to induce deep relaxation, relieve stress and fatigue, boost mood, assist postural alignment, improve circulation of blood and lymph and stimulate the internal organs. Important in the application is the selection of herbs with therapeutic qualities, such as ginger, turmeric, kaffir lime, camphor, tamarind and lemongrass. A mix of herbs is wrapped in a compress, then steamed, and when hot, applied to the body by pressing, gliding or smearing in circular, linear and/or rolling movements.
