Massage therapist was incredible. Her pressure was perfect, as I needed this it was a rough week and my body was holding on a lot of tension. As I was just about to fall asleep maybe 1hr in, a man who had just had his massage, had his phone on a loud ring, which frightened me, he then proceeded to talk quite loudly to answer his phone of which haunted my mind and I couldn’t relax further into my 1 hour treatment. A no phone policy of which should be implemented so others don’t have their experience ruined. If this didn’t happen. Would have been a 10/10 massage!

Dry Needling is a technique using very thin needles to release tight muscle bands that are associated with trigger points or hard knots with the goal of permanently reducing muscle pain and dysfunction. This technique offers equal or better results than manual technique alone.
