Laser hair removal is a medical procedure that uses a concentrated beam of light (laser) to remove unwanted hair.
During laser hair removal, a laser emits a light that is absorbed by the pigment (melanin) in the hair. The light energy is converted to heat, which damages the tube-shaped sacs within the skin (hair follicles) that produce hairs. This damage inhibits or delays future hair growth.
Multiple laser hair removal treatments are needed for initial hair removal, and to stop future hair growth. 
For best results, allow your technician to customize your treatment schedule based on your needs. Laser hair removal can be successfully used on all skin types.
During your treatment, you can expect slight discomfort, similar to a rubber-band snap on your skin.
Allow a minimum of 7 to 21 days post-treatment for hair to “fall out" or shed from the skin.


Underarm Laser

Each treatment takes about 15 to 30 minutes to perform, depending on the area being treated. Generally, patients should expect between one and three laser treatments, about four weeks apart. The procedure improves the overall appearance of the blood vessels, shrinking, diminishing, or removing them completely. Laser treatment for veins should not be considered a cure. New developing veins cannot be prevented.
