This fee has been put in place to avoid people failing to show or give notice for not being able to attend the booking they've made for a service/treatment in the clinic. A booking fee is a non refundable charge for making an appointment for a service in the clinic and failing to attend / not showing up for your appointment. Unless the appointment has been rescheduled two full working days before the service/treatment or otherwise agreed upon by the client and Clynic. However, the booking fee is fully redeemable/refunded off the cost of the treatment on the day of appointment
