The kindness that was shown in the salon amongst the staff was more than expected. The learning that was happening while I was getting my hair done was an extra. This is the first time I have walked out of a salon [ever] and was proud and happy about my hair. Rosie knew what she was doing and considered my previous experiences. Always the best experience at Ella & Jade. Consistently amazing service & I am always so happy with my hair when I leave & for weeks between my appointments. Rosie is the absolute best, she really cares & is such a talent. Asa is also so lovely & gave me the best blowdry ever. There is literally nowhere else I would go for my hair 💕
