I love my hair always but this time I went with another stylist due to timing. My only issue was the pace, she was quite slow and I ended up leaving 2 hours after I was supposed to. 3 hours hair installation turned to 5

Thank you for your honest feedback and for always trusting us with your hair. We’re glad you still loved the final result, but we sincerely apologise for the delay and understand how frustrating the extended appointment time must have been. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we’ll be addressing it with our team to ensure a more efficient experience moving forward.
