The haircut was good and I would have given 4 stars but the customer service was not as good as my past visits. I didn't appreciate that I had to wait over 10 minutes before I was attended to. It would also have been nice if my presence was acknowledged while I was sitting at reception and if I had been informed that she was running late especially since I had another engagement after.

Hi Marilou thanks for your feedback. Apologies for this. It was a very busy day in the salon up stairs and at that time our assistant would have been doing the end of day jobs ready for closing at 6pm apologies for this and we will try harder. Best wishes Beth

Leann is clearly a master at what she does and can create a unique cut from what seems like a simple request - a blunt bob. Thanks so much. Always a great experience at the Salon.
