Remedial and therapeutic massage

Experience a welcoming class designed for all levels, from fundamentals to advanced. Adaptations are offered to suit every ability. All mats and equipment are provided, including Swiss balls, mini balls, sandy balls, hand weights, stretch bands, mini bands, foam rollers, Pilates power rings, and glider pads.
Max 10 participants.
Class Format: warm up and dynamic stretch; main session; cool down stretches.

Mat Pilates Class

Experience a dynamic workout designed to boost endurance and strength using light kettlebells. Suitable for most abilities and ages 13 and up, this class features continuous training with weights from 2kg to 12kg. Please check first if you have any orthopaedic conditions.

Kettlercise

Experience a unique blend of Pilates, barre, and LIIT exercises tailored for women navigating peri-menopause through post-menopause. This class focuses on weight control, building core strength, and boosting muscle endurance to support joint and bone health as you age.

Please note this is more Hiit (high intensity interval training) orientated designed to build fitness.
Low impact exercises but definitely more intense muscular defining exercises.
