I am really impressed with this sports massage! I went in with a sore rotator cuff and quite a bit of stiffness through my mid-back. The treatment made a noticeable difference in reducing discomfort and tightness. Ian was really knowledgeable, professional and attentive, and took time to explain what was going on and how he was working to alleviate discomfort in both areas. He also gave some really useful exercises to practice at home. My back and shoulder felt far more comfortable afterwards. I highly recommend, especially if you’re dealing with sports-related injury and muscular tension.

I found the whole experience excellent. Ian made me feel at ease from the start with a calm, friendly and professional manner. We discussed my injury initially (just a sore back from lifting too many heavy things, I think) and after an initial assessment and consultation he gave me an incredibly helpful massage. To be honest I didn't think that one massage would make too much difference, but Ian was very specific with his treatment and my back feels so much better than before as a result. I shall certainly make good use of this service in future.

I’ve had a lot of massages over the years and Ian is one of the very best. Friendly, professional and enthusiastic, I immediately felt the benefit of the treatment and will definitely be re booking again soon! Highly recommend.

A brilliant sports massage, I would definitely recommend! Ian was friendly, professional and listened carefully to my concerns. I’m a regular jogger and he helped me with my tight leg muscles and a lower back ache. He answered my questions and even suggested stretches to help in the future. I’ll definitely book again.
