أحب أشيد بموظفة ايمان ، شغلها وايد حلو وممتاز، وتعاملها مهني، لكن للأسف عندي ملاحظة على الإدارة وتنظيم المواعيد. أنا كنت أنتظر والماسك على شعري، والماسك يحتاج من نصف ساعة إلى ساعة تقريبًا، وفجأة طلبوا من الموظفة تروح تخدم عميلة ثانية وتغسل شعرها، مع إني كنت لا أزال أنتظر استكمال خدمتي. بصراحة، ما أشوف إن هالتصرف منصف للعميلة، خصوصًا إن المفروض يكون فيه تنظيم مسبق للموظفات بحيث كل عميلة تحصل على خدمتها بشكل متواصل، من دون انتظار إضافي أو انقطاع في الخدمة. الموظفة نفسها ممتازة وما عندي أي ملاحظة على شغلها، لكن ملاحظتي على الإدارة وطريقة توزيع المهام، وأتمنى تحسين التنظيم واحترام وقت العميلات

عزيزتنا مشاعل، نشكرك من القلب على مشاركتنا تجربتج وعلى كلامج الجميل عن إيمان. 🤍 نعتذر لج عن الانتظار والانقطاع اللي صار أثناء خدمتج، ونتفهم تماماً انزعاجج، خصوصاً إن من حق كل عميلة تحصل على خدمة منظمة ومتكاملة دون تأخير غير ضروري. ملاحظتج عن تنظيم المواعيد وتوزيع المهام مهمة جداً بالنسبة لنا، وراح نراجع اللي صار ونتأكد من تحسين التنسيق بين الفريق حتى ما يتكرر هالموقف. نقدر صراحتج وثقتج فينا، ونتمنى تكون زيارتج القادمة أفضل من جميع النواحي. 🤍 إدارة Nails Station
