We first came here in 2022, when Libby completed my daughter's assessment. Her detailed, evidence-based report was instrumental in securing the right provision and educational placement..We returned for an updated assessment for post-16 provision, this time with Dawn. She was warm, professional, and immediately put my daughter at ease, creating a calm, supportive environment where she felt comfortable being herself. The assessment was engaging and interactive. Dawn's compassionate, child-centred approach made the whole experience a positive one. We highly recommend both Libby and Dawn.

Dawn was just truly amazing. My son is 15 and diagnosed autistic, ADHD, EBSA, severe anxiety and huge challenges with new people and engagement. Dawn was absolutely great with him and whilst limited by typical standards, got a lot out of him! Most importantly, she actually saw my son and the small, almost hidden external signs of the depth of his struggles. Dawn made him completely at ease when he needed to leave the assessment and was happy to continue with me. The level at which she managed to grasp his complex difficulties and needs has blown me away, can’t recommend highly enough.
