10/10 as usual. Lovely atmosphere, attentive service. Hair looks fantastic. Kate suggested a shadow root that looks lovely. Extensions were put back in, in the order they were originally in meaning minimal hair was cut and extensions remain looking brand spanking new! Got some free keratin sachets to keep them fresh! Couldn't ask for more, love this place.
