I love the first time eyelash tint I had and the eyebrows are great as always.

I was happy with the outcome. But lash lift I had never had before and had no explanation of what was happening and what I needed to do i.e keep my eyes shut or what product was being applied. I asked about after care….and there was a bit of an exchange. I found the same when I came in August for a lamination-I’d only had it done once before-elsewhere so wasn’t sure of the after care until I asked. There was also no indication of when to rebook, I asked about that tonight. The salon is local to me and as stated I’m delighted with the results but explaining what’s happening would be helpful.
