A personalised facial treatment that begins with a short evaluation to adapt the session to your skin, muscular patterns, and how you feel that day.
Working through the chest, shoulders, neck, face and scalp, the treatment combines myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, muscle stretching, sculpting techniques and intra-buccal to release tension and restore balance.
Intra-buccal massage works both externally and internally, accessing the deeper structures of the mouth and jaw. By gently treating the muscles from inside the cheeks, it allows for a more complete release of held tension.
Particularly beneficial for bruxism, jaw tightness and facial asymmetry.

Working on the face, scalp, neck, shoulders, and chest, it combines lymphatic drainage, Kobido-inspired movements, Gua Sha, myofascial release, lifting, contouring, and cupping.

This treatment is a full reset for your face. Enhances circulation, reduces puffiness, releases tension, and promotes deep relaxation. Following a good-aging approach, it supports the face’s natural vitality and expression.

You’re welcome to bring your own tools (Gua Sha, facial cups, facial oil)—but they’re not essential. The most important tool is your own touch, and we’ll adapt everything to what you have at home.
