Touch of Health Day Spa is on the square in Aurora. We offer a wide variety of massage treatments, ear candling, colon hydrotherapy, facials/dermaplane treatments, a private far-infared sauna room with a shower, an ionic detox foot bath and health consults with a Registered Nurse (R.N.). We have a large complement of health and wellness products available in the shop, including vitamins minerals, supplements, homeopathy, castor oil packs, & Young Living Essential Oils as well as a variety of diffusers. We carry the Ere Perez cosmetics & skin care line-an organic, vegan line from Australia.

If you'd like to come in just for the sauna, you can do that! You'll have an hour in the sauna, towels provided. A shower is located in the same room to use. soap and shampoo provided, or feel free to bring your own.

Add the Standard Process Microbiome Test Kit Powered by BIOHM. It is used to assess the gut's microbiome"s diversity and provide suggestions for a healthier lifestyle. It's a 2 part assessment: 1. Gut Microbiome analysis using next generation genetic sequencing of a stool sample to disccover the diversity of bacteria and Fungi in the gut. 2. A lifestyle questionaire that is completed on line. 

You take the kit home, send in your sample and do the questionaire on-line. Results take 4-6 weeks. Once we have them back, we'll set up a time to go over the results. You'll receive a copy of the results in your email once we've had a chance to review them.

Warm bamboo massage  uses heated bamboo sticks to provide a deep tissue massage. The sticks are warmed to a comfortable temperature and used to apply deep pressure. It is good for relaxation and pain relief. The warm sticks promote blood flow allowing oxygen and nutrient rich blood to speed recovery and healing. The perfect thing for self care on a cool day.

Sports massage is useful for people.  This type of massage can help to reduce pre and post-exercise muscle tension, improve range of motion, and decrease post-excercise cortisol levels. It is usually targeted at a specific area that needs attention. Sports massage is very useful in speeding up recovery time.
