Inital Consultation 

INITAL CONSULTATION and 1st treatment: For either Clinical Reflexology or Reflexology Lymph Drainage

Auricular acupuncture is a treatment whereby very fine needles are placed at specific points in the ear. 
There are over 200 points where acupuncture can be used on the ears. 
Needles are so very fine they can barely be felt but the results can be life changing for some.
This treatment is very effective in managing the symptoms of cancer treatment - such as hot flushes, anxiety and pain. It is also transferable and effective in managing the symptoms of other conditions such as the Menopause.
For best results a course of 6 sessions over 6 weeks is advised.
For this treatment, clients sit upright in a chair.
The treatment can also be carried out in groups - so block book with a friend or up to 3 friends for a 10% discount.

RLD is a research based method of Lymph Drainage. 
RLD is based on the principles of MLD (Manual Lymph Drainage), originally created by Sally Kay to help clients and patients living with breast cancer related lymphoedema while working in supportive cancer care. 

Since then RLD has evolved into an extremely versatile tool for the reflexology tool box. 
Frequently used to help clients diagnosed with other non-cancer related, inflammatory autoimmune disorders 👣 

RLD is a treatment which people with lymphoedema, lipoedema and cancer can safely received and enjoy, without it causing them any discomfort or harm.

Reflexology Lymph Drainage - RLD

A soothing and calming reflexology treatment aimed to help the body and mind to relax and unwind, rejuvenate, calm, aid sleep, promote health and well-being.
This is 60 minutes appointment.

Following Inital Consultation, block book 6 sessions for the price of 5.

This treatment can help ease:

This is reflexology session tailored specifically for those undergoing treatment for cancer or living with cancer.
Clients are eligible for this rate upto 1 year after remission.

Cancer Care Reflexology Treatments


The Reflex Clinic B12 administer Hydroxocobalaminacetat 1500ug/1ml
injections. (Strong strength)

Vitamin B12 is an important B vitamin. It is crucial for nerve tissue health, brain function, and the production of red blood cells.

A deficiency or insufficiency can occur when levels of vitamin B12 become too low to meet the demands of the body. This can lead to a number of symptoms and can even progress to irreversible neurological issues if left untreated.

If you are aware you are not taking in adequate levels of B12 in your diet you may wish to supplement your diet with B12 injections. 

If you suspect you have B12 deficience, please seek medical evaluation from your GP.
