Simply Polished Nail Studio is a home-based nail studio in Nelson offering gel nail services. It's also child-friendly; I have my toddler with me during appointments, and he has learned to be okay with me working and seeing clients. I offer creative freehand nail art as well as press-on nails, which are perfect if you don't want to have nails on all the time. They are easy to apply and remove. I specialize in soft gels, hard gels, and hybrid gels. If you don't mind this environment, then I am the right nail tech for you, and I look forward to creating awesome nails for you.

If you are needing more than 1 nail of nail art, please add this to your booking notes so I am aware. The duration allocated for this option is estimated.
* Price is per nail not for a whole finished set. The price is from $1 a nail and increases as the nail art gets more detailed etc. If you would like a price for what you are wanting please send me an image of your request and i can let you know. Advanced nail art can be Cartoon Characters, Landscapes etc and can be priced from $10 to $20 per nail depending on the image chosen.

Nail repair for torn, broken or chipped nails. If you have more than 1 nail needing a repair please add this to your booking notes so i am aware. Time allocated is estimated.

Slight buff of your natural nail to smooth off your nails
* A choice of either just a cuticle oil application on your nails or 1 layer of clear nail polish applied onto your nails for a little shine and hydration with cuticle oil.

Gel Polish Mini Pedicure

Cuticle and Nail Prep, cut and filing of nails. Foot file (if needed/necessary on feet). Foot soak in warm water and a foot exfoliation with a sugar based scrub with hot towel compress. Gel Polish application to toenails. Cuticle oil and moisturiser.
* This does include a Gel Polish removal if its needed.

Gel Polish Full Pedicure

🌿 Please read full description before booking.

A special solution is applied to your feet that contains exfoliating ingredients which are alkaline based. This solution is left on dry/hardened skin areas for 15 minutes to help remove dead skin cells. The hardened skin is then removed with a plastic scraper leaving your feet smoother and softer. You then have a foaming solution rubbed over your feet to remove this solution which is then rinsed off and a light moisturiser applied over your feet to help with hydration.
* Please note that this is not a miracle once off foot treatment for some, some may need more treatments as often as once a week to begin to see a complete change and then recommended a once a month maintenance treatment to keep your feet soft and smooth.
** This also does not include a gel polish application if you would like Gel Polish please choose the add on option.

Elim Callus Removal Pedicure

Base Gel Polish, choice of Gel Polish colour or French and a Gel Top Coat to finish off your Elim Callus Removal Pedicure.

Add on Gel Polish for Callus Pedicure

Removal of gel polish on toes using Gel Polish removal solution and tin foil as well as a hot wheetie bag for a speedier removal.

Add on Removal of Gel Polish for toes

This is a Gel Polish removal on your toes ONLY. This includes a full removal of your Gel Polish from your toes with a removal solution, tin foil and warm wheetie bags as well as a tidy up of your toenails with cuticle work, cutting and filing toenails shorter and applying cuticle oil.

Foot Treatments

This is chosen for art in advance as these are made prior to your nail appointment. These stickers are of characters, portraits etc that can take up to an hour to hand paint at your appointment per nail.
