I grew up in this lovely little town of Hoedspruit. With the bush surrounding us each day and warthogs roaming our gardens and shopping centres we truly live a beautiful and peaceful life here. 

Through massaging I have found my purpose; my way to give back by facilitating in each person's healing process.

Reflexology is a treatment plan depending on the severity of your condition it can range from 4 - 12 sessions of reflexology. 

I would recommend at least 4 sessions to get the benefits this amazing therapy has to offer.  

It is a 60-90min treatment where the body sends up a signal through your nervous system to the brain and to the area, helping the body heal in it's natural way. Whether this is emotionally ,disease or trauma the body finds multiple ways to heal.

Please note that we do not FORCE lymph we rather manually move lymph with it's natural physiology 
through light , gentle pressure strokes. 

This is a highly effective treatment to restore lymph flow. It can speed up lymph flow up to 40 times.
