During an integrated massage session, the therapist may use a combination of long, flowing strokes from Swedish massage to relax the muscles, along with deeper pressure and targeted techniques to release tension and knots in specific areas. They may also incorporate stretches, joint mobilization, and passive movements to improve flexibility and range of motion. Need to relax and unwind? No problem, a nice Swedish Massage with flowing strokes will calm the nervous system and release tension.

Hot stones, heating pads, warm table and other therapeutic tools may be incorporated into the session for optimal results.

60-Minute Full Body Massage

During an integrated massage session, the therapist may use a combination of long, flowing strokes from Swedish massage to relax the muscles, along with deeper pressure and targeted techniques to release tension and knots in specific areas. They may also incorporate stretches, joint mobilization, and passive movements to improve flexibility and range of motion. Need to relax and unwind? No problem, a nice Swedish Massage with flowing strokes will calm the nervous system and release tension. Hot stones, heating pads, warm table and other therapeutic tools may be incorporated into the session for optimal results. 

90-minute Full Body Massage

An integrated approach to massage incorporates multiple styles or techniques to treat a range of issues in a localized area. (This treatment is truly localized to a specific area and while it can be beneficial, keep in mind treating the body as a whole can benefit the localized area further by supporting surrounding muscles.) Hot stones, heating pads, warm table and other therapeutic tools may be incorporated into the session for optimal results. 

30-Minute Focused Therapeutic Massage

90-minute Combination Session (30-minute stretch with 60-minute full body massage)

An integrated approach to massage incorporates multiple styles or techniques to treat a range of issues combining 30 minutes of stretch with the client wearing comfortable clothes, then a 60-minute full body massage. This approach is geared towards clients recovering from an injury or surgery once cleared by their doctor or athletes during maintenance phase of their training. 

Hot stones, heating pads, warm table and other therapeutic tools may be incorporated into the session for optimal results. 

90-minute Combination Session (30-minute stretch with 60-minute full body massage)

Pregnancy massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting women. Specially designed massage tables, cushions, and side-lying postures are used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen.

60-Minute Pregnancy Massage

Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a type of gentle massage which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart. This can be a stand-alone session of MLD or incorporated with a Swedish Massage for a full hour of treatment dependent upon the area needing MLD.

Therapeutic massage techniques, such as myofascial release, manual lymph drainage, craniosacral techniques, and scar tissue mobilization, can help break down adhesions and improve circulation to the scarred area.
