Please arrive 15 minutes early on your first visit to complete paperwork
Relax and Recharge is a Sanctuary
 1)     You are encouraged to enter quietly and speak softly
2)     Phones are to be silenced or turned off
3)     No food or drinks are allowed (other than water) 
4)     Shoes are removed before entering the healing room
5)     A restroom is available in back
6)     The room is cool, so you are welcome to bring a blanket and 
         small pillow in a canvas (no Zipper) bag
7)     No perfume or cologne please

  Services are paid for with either Cash, Zelle, Check or Credit Card (3% fee added for processing) before entering.
 We encourage you to share your experience and appreciate any testimonials.  Forms are available at the front desk.
