Rachel Armstrong is a qualified MSK Rehabilitation Specialist with a passion for helping people reclaim their pain-free lives. Graduating with a 1st class honors in Sport and Exercise Rehabilitation in 2023, Rachel kickstarted her business during her studies and has since built a loyal clientele. Specialising in treating musculoskeletal pain, sports injuries, chronic or acute pain, Rachel employs a diverse range of techniques to restore movement and enhance overall wellbeing.
