The 60 minute treatment option omitts the mask and head massage but includes the cleanse, exfoliate, tone and moisturise and facial massage followed by a 30 minute Reiki treatment.

The facial treatment includes cleansing, toning, exfoliating, moisturising, and a restorative mask, plus a shoulder, chest, head and face massage, using organic products that are free of synthetic fragrances, colours, and other harsh chemicals that may irritate the skin.

Indian head massage, also known as Champissage, is a form of massage that focuses on the head, neck, and shoulders. It is based on the ancient Ayurvedic healing system, which originated in India over 5,000 years ago.

During an Indian head massage, the recipient typically sits in a massage chair or lies down with either their shoulders exposed or fully clothed. The therapist begins by using their hands to apply gentle pressure to the shoulders and upper back, working their way up to the neck and scalp. Other techniques, such as kneading, rubbing, and tapping, are used to release tension and promote relaxation.

The massage may also include the use of aromatic oils, which are applied to the skin, hair, and scalp to nourish and moisturise.
