THERE WILL BE A GRACE PERIOD OF 15 MINUTES (THIS ALSO RELATES TO HOUSECALLS AS WELL). 

AFTER THE GRACE PERIOD HAS BEEN EXCEEDED A $20 FEE WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR TOTAL COST. 

NO CALLS OR NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED A $30 FEE FOR YOUR NEXT APPOINTMENT.
