So relaxing and friendly. Lucy is such a lovely person

Lucy is not only lovely and welcoming, but very knowledgeable about all the products she uses and chose a bespoke collection for my skin type and all my concerns. She talked me through everything before she began my facial, and during, as I asked her to do this. I felt very at ease with her, and the whole appointment from start to finish was amazing. We both giggled at my big, relaxed yawns when she had finished. I booked my next facial there and then, and i left feeling amazingly relaxed and my skin is glowing!
