Here at Sana-Sana, we create individualized plans to bring you whole body change. If there is an ache or pain we will work to undo that strain. We bring healing hands to working folks. Growing up in a working-class family I’ve seen those I love in pain and severe stress from manual labor and organizing life for a family of six. It is on my heart to create a space for self-care that ALL people can have access to.
