She was very receptive to listening to my recent health issues and shared knowledge about anatomy and possible ways to address them. A great massage for severe lower back, hip and shoulder pain, limited mobility, injury recovery and relative strain or injury. Deep Tissue is very slow specific work to injured or painful regions of the body and the surrounding tissue. The work is performed slowly layer by layer working through fascia, connective tissue and some muscles to get to the root of the problematic area.  Note** if it hurts more than a "hurts so good" please let me know
