Marion is a certified Yoga Alliance teacher with over 1000 hours of training and has been teaching yoga since 2014. Her work extends to pilates, somatic movements and all things mindfulness.
Complementing her experience as a yoga teacher, Marion qualified as a reflexologist with ITEC in 2020. She specialises in women's health, in particular fertility and pregnancy. 
Marion is a certified Reflexologist by the National Register of Reflexologists, Ireland. 
Reflexology treatments may be eligible to claim through Health Insurance (please check your plan with your insurance).

Reflexology Treatment

Reflexology is a wonderful therapy that can be used safely during pregnancy, labour and childbirth.
Reflexology in pregnancy works on the whole body with the focus on the reproductive and the endocrine system to balance the body and mind and prepare for labour. 

Benefits of Reflexology in Pregnancy:
- It is a non-invasive therapy and is deeply relaxing.
- It can help to reduce morning sickness, heartburn, digestive disorders /constipation.
- It can help with any aches & pains.
- It can help to reduce water retention / swelling of the feet.

When to start?
If there is no history of any problems, a general treatment can be given before 12 weeks. This may help with any morning sickness, anxiety or for general wellbeing.

Reflexology for Fertility is a deeply relaxing and non-invasive therapy. It is an excellent treatment to reduce stress and anxiety and helps to balance and prepare the body holistically for conception. 
When the body and mind are balanced the possibility of achieving a pregnancy are enhanced. 
On a physical level reflexology may help medical conditions which can affect fertility such as: PMS, PCOS, Endometriosis, Ovarian Cysts, Sperm issues.

A private 1to1 is an individual yoga class designed only for you to meet your needs to perfectly support your body and mind.

You will receive personalised tips, direct attention and feedback which may not be possible in a normal full class environment. A private 1to1 helps you to get to the heart of your movement practice. Alignment techniques, strengthening your body, mindfulness practices including yin/ restorative yoga and meditation. All can be part of a 1to1 session. 

A private 1to1 can be for anyone who simply just wishes to have a personalised class, to someone who wants to work on a specific area or to someone who might have experienced an injury. Whatever your needs are, I’m happy to work out a plan which suits you.
