Deeply relaxing full body aromatherapy massage with a mindful blend of essential oils selected just for you based on your consultation.
Treatment begins with a soothing foot ritual with botanical balms and hot towels. 
Followed by a full body massage (back, neck, shoulders, legs, feet, arms, hands) and concludes with a heavenly head/scalp and facial massage with rejuvenating rosehip oil - leaving your skin glowing from within.

Allow 15 minutes for the initial consultation before your treatment, this is not included in the treatment time.

Louise Moore of Tigerlily Pilates will tailor a 1:1 Pilates session to suit your needs & goals. The session can be taken in the gardens of Oulton Garden Studio or in the client’s home if preferred (additional charge may apply for travel).
A friendly phone/zoom consultation will take place in advance to ascertain your  needs and allow Louise to prepare a class plan to suit you and get the most from your session.
Suitable for:
- Those new to Pilates or returning after a long break.
- Those with tension/back aches & pains wishing to stretch, strengthen and improve posture.
- Those who would like a regular session in the comfort of their own home avoiding busy gyms/studios.
- Small groups of up to 4 people e.g a group of friends (from £15 per person).


Pilates Personal Training Session

Give your feet some TLC, like a facial but for your feet…the treatment starts with a double cleanse and hot towel press, exfoliation, massage of the feet and lower legs with both moisturising balms and warmed oils with essential oil blend of your choice.

Cocooned within warmed blankets you can remain clothed (optional) for this deeply relaxing treatment. Using soothing pressure, gentle stretching and Indian head massage techniques you’ll drift into deep relaxation. Infused hot towels are applied before gentle massage with a bespoke blend of essential oils and nourishing balms will lull you to a place of calm and tranquility.

Pregnancy massage with essential oils to relax, comfort and ease aches & pains. Including a luxurious mini-facial with mask.
Treatment starts with a full consultation chat, you’ll be guided through the most supportive oils safe for pregnancy by aromatherapist Louise, smelling & selecting together essential oils right for you on the day. 
Cocooned in a side-lying position for your back, shoulder and neck massage, Louise will focus on areas to suit your specific needs.
You’ll then be in a comfortable reclining position for the massage to relieve achey feet & legs. 
Louise will cleanse and freshen your skin then apply the your mask which will work it’s wonders while you enjoy your arm & hand massage. The mask is then removed with heavenly hot towel presses and facial oil & moisturisers are applied to finish with a tension relieving face, neck and scalp massage.

Blooming Gorgeous Pregnancy Massage

This full luxury facial includes all the skincare steps the ‘Prescriptive facial’ does however it features the Bio-retinol Gold Mask by Evolve Organic Beauty; this cult mask is designed to bring a gorgeous glow with rosehip + argon oils and sustainably sourced mica minerals to illuminate the skin.
This luxurious facial also features the award winning LATTICIA Organics Pure Glow balm, with safflower + Vit E oils. Finally your skin will receive a light self tan mist (optional) for that sun-kissed, healthy glow. 

Botanical Glow Facial 

Unique full day retreat for two people in the beautiful setting of Oulton Garden Studio.
