Ale did my hair twice during my holiday in sydney and she took such good care of me. filling me with confidence on my first solo vacation :) (along with suggestions on good eats!!)

I specifically booked my appointment with Sandy but wasn’t informed that she was unavailable. The manicure felt rushed, and the BIAB wasn’t filed down as it usually is, leaving the nails looking quite bulky. I’m also concerned about whether the instruments were properly sanitised, as I’ve since developed a nail bed infection. Emily was lovely, and I’m a regular customer at Loop, so I’m hoping this was just a one-off experience. However, I did want to share my concerns, as this appointment fell short of the standard I’ve come to expect.
