Treatments are available to all and help to rebalance mind and body while providing clients with a nurturing space to unwind and drift off into a deep state of relaxation. A gentle, natural therapy to support you on your wellness journey. *Please note*I am based at The Playhub in Buckhurst Hill on a Thursday where a free creche is available for those in need of childcare.
